Unattended Death Cleanup work requires specific training in decomposition biology, odor science, and biohazard waste handling that general cleaning crews don't carry.
Every technician carries an active bloodborne pathogen certification, and full liability insurance covers your property from the first call.
Our Mountain dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant regional hub.
We quote the Unattended Death Cleanup job first, so Mountain clients never face surprise line items mid-cleanup.
Our Mountain trucks carry the specific equipment decomposition remediation requires, not general cleaning supplies.
Every Unattended Death Cleanup job gets scoped individually, since decomposition stage and duration change what a job actually requires.
Affected flooring and subfloor are removed when decomposition fluid has soaked past the surface, which is common after extended periods.
Odor treatment is central to this job — we don't consider a Unattended Death Cleanup job finished until the smell is fully resolved.
Decomposition frequently attracts insect activity, which is addressed alongside the biohazard cleanup rather than left for a separate pest company.
Walls, subfloor, and adjacent rooms are disinfected using EPA-registered products when contamination has spread beyond the immediate area.
Affected belongings are sorted, with salvageable items separated from anything that needs to be disposed of as biohazard waste.
Disposal goes through a licensed partner, and every job includes paperwork for insurance or estate purposes.
A dispatcher takes your call at +1-844-401-0166 and gathers the details needed to prepare the right equipment.
